Project delays caused by missing content or delayed communication may affect the agreed timeline.

5. Payments

  • Project pricing is agreed before work begins.
  • A deposit may be required before development starts.(10%-20%)
  • Remaining payments are due according to the agreed milestones.
  • Final website files or website migration may be completed after the final payment has been received.
  • Late payments may delay project delivery.

6. Revisions

Project quotations include the number of revisions agreed upon before the project starts.

Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

7. Project Timeline

Estimated completion dates are provided for planning purposes.

Project timelines may be affected by:

  • Delayed client feedback
  • Additional feature requests
  • Content delays
  • Third-party service interruptions

Favish Tech will communicate any significant timeline changes.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of the final payment:

  • The client owns the final website design and approved project content.
  • Favish Tech retains ownership of proprietary development tools, reusable code, templates, and internal frameworks unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • The client remains responsible for ensuring they have permission to use all supplied images, logos, videos, and content.

9. Third-Party Services

Projects may involve third-party providers such as:

  • Hosting companies
  • Domain registrars
  • Payment gateways
  • CRM platforms
  • Google services
  • WordPress plugins
  • Shopify applications

Favish Tech is not responsible for downtime, policy changes, pricing, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

10. Website Maintenance

Unless covered by a separate maintenance agreement, ongoing updates, backups, security monitoring, and technical support are not included after project completion.

Maintenance plans can be purchased separately.

11. Limitation of Liability

Favish Tech will make reasonable efforts to deliver reliable, high-quality services. However, we are not liable for:

  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of revenue

  • Website downtime caused by third parties
  • Security incidents beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all content they provide:

  • Does not infringe copyright or trademarks.
  • Is lawful and accurate.
  • Does not contain harmful or illegal material.

Favish Tech reserves the right to refuse projects involving unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive content.

13. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during the project private unless disclosure is required by law or agreed in writing.

14. Cancellation

Either party may cancel a project before completion.

If work has already begun:

  • The client is responsible for payment for work completed up to the cancellation date.
  • Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

15. Disclaimer

While we follow industry best practices, Favish Tech does not guarantee:

  • Specific Google rankings
  • Search engine placement
  • Sales increases
  • Lead generation results
  • Continuous availability of third-party services

Website performance depends on many factors beyond our control.
